How to Book a Plot in Faisal Town Phase 2
Six steps from choosing a block to holding your plot number — and how to keep every payment safe.
How do I book a plot in Faisal Town Phase 2?
Choose a block and plot size, get the latest official price list from us, prepare copies of your CNIC (or NICOP from abroad), then pay the registration fee and a 25–35% down payment through official bank channels in the developer's name. Your plot number is issued at booking, and the balance is paid in instalments.
-
1
Choose a block and plot size
Compare the blocks and their prices on the plot prices page and decide which sector and size fits your budget and plans.
-
2
Get the latest official price list
Call or WhatsApp us and we will send the current price list and the plots still available in the block you chose. Prices change, so always book against the latest list.
-
3
Prepare your documents
Buyers are usually asked for a copy of their CNIC, a copy of their nominee's CNIC and passport-size photographs; overseas buyers use a NICOP or passport. We will confirm the exact list for your block before you pay.
-
4
Pay the registration fee and down payment
Pay through official bank channels into an account in the developer's name — never in cash to an individual — and keep the receipt. The down payment is usually 25% to 35% of the plot price.
-
5
Receive your booking documents and plot number
Under the current payment plan the plot number is issued at the time of booking. Check that your name, CNIC and plot number are correct on every document.
-
6
Pay your instalments on time
Pay the balance in instalments — 36 monthly, or quarterly for overseas buyers — through the same official channels, and keep every receipt until the plot is fully paid.
