Pay from abroad through official channels
Send the registration fee and down payment by bank transfer into an account in the developer's name. If you hold a Roshan Digital Account, ask your bank whether it can be used for the payment.

Receive your plot number and documents
Under the current payment plan the plot number is issued at booking. We share copies of your booking documents so you can check every detail.

Pay quarterly instalments
Overseas buyers can pay the balance in quarterly instalments, or pay in full for a discount of up to 20%.
Buying safely from abroad
- Pay only into a bank account in the developer's name — never cash to an individual.
- Check that your name, NICOP number and plot number match on every document.
- Keep every receipt and bank confirmation until the plot is fully paid.
- Ask for the approval reference and check it with the RDA — see NOC status.
- If a relative in Pakistan will handle visits or paperwork for you, give them a properly attested power of attorney rather than an informal arrangement.
