What is the down payment and instalment plan?
The down payment usually starts between 25% and 35% of the plot price. The balance is paid in 36 monthly instalments, or in quarterly instalments for overseas buyers.
Is there a discount for full cash payment?
Yes. Buyers who pay the full amount up front receive a discount of up to 20%. For Sector O commercial plots the lump-sum discount is 20% for overseas buyers and 15% for local buyers.
Are development charges included in the price?
Yes. Development charges are included in the published rates, so they are not charged separately.
Is there a registration fee?
